Leadership

Three people own the outcome

Strategy, delivery and growth sit with three people. They scope the work, stay accountable for it, and are the ones you deal with directly rather than through an account layer.

How the team is organised

Nine practice areas, one team

We work as one group rather than as separate agencies bolted together. In practice that means the engineer who builds the site and the marketer who has to rank it are in the same conversation from week one.

Operating principles

How we lead

A small team only works if people are trusted to decide things. These three principles are what we hold each other to — and the same three we are happy to be measured against by a client.

  • 01

    Empowerment

The person closest to the problem makes the call. Everyone here owns an area outright, which is why you get a straight answer in a meeting instead of a promise to check with someone else.

  • 02

    Transparency

Scope, timelines and trade-offs are written down and shared, including the uncomfortable ones. If something slips or an approach is not working, you hear it from us first.

  • 03

    Growth

Time for certifications, reading and side experiments is budgeted rather than borrowed from evenings. New tooling reaches client work only after someone here has genuinely used it.

Culture and values

The conditions the work happens in

We have built a culture around growth, collaboration and steady craft. The team is the asset, so the conditions they work in get the same attention as the work itself.

  • Collaborative by default

Work is reviewed in the open. Engineers, marketers and designers share one channel per project rather than three separate ones, so a decision taken on Tuesday is not quietly rediscovered on Friday.

  • Work-life balance

Deadlines are planned so they do not routinely land on a weekend. Sustainable pace is a delivery decision here, not a perk.

  • Continuous learning

Certifications, conference time and internal sessions are part of the schedule, which is how the stack we recommend stays current.

  • Flexible and remote-friendly

A Mira Road studio for the people who want one, and proper remote support for the people who do not — including clients in other time zones.
